Some Policies in the Review Process of Paripalaka Sriwijaya Journal:

  1. All manuscripts submitted to this journal must adhere to its Focus and Scope as well as the Author Guidelines. The submitted manuscripts must demonstrate scientific value or novelty relevant to the journal’s scope in the field of community service.

  2. All manuscripts must be written in proper Indonesian. Titles and abstracts must also be provided in English. Authors whose native language is not English are strongly encouraged to have their titles and abstracts reviewed for grammar and clarity prior to submission. The work must not have been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.

  3. Manuscripts submitted to this journal will undergo a peer-review process by at least two (2) expert reviewers. Reviewers will provide scientifically valuable comments to improve the content of the manuscripts. Occasionally (if necessary), a third peer reviewer may be involved to provide additional critical feedback. This journal employs a double-blind peer-review system.

  4. All submitted manuscripts must be free from plagiarism. All authors are advised to use plagiarism detection software (please use Turnitin to check for similarity). The editorial team will also check manuscript similarity using Turnitin.

  5. The final decision regarding manuscript acceptance is made by the Editor-in-Chief (together with Associate Editors and the Editorial Board, if needed for consideration) based on the reviewers’ critical comments. The final decision on the manuscript is entirely determined by the Associate Editor and Editorial Board after reviewing peer-review feedback.

  6. The publication of accepted articles, including article placement within issues, will be managed by the Editor-in-Chief, taking into account the order of acceptance dates.
